The Service

Babydoll Dance is an independent fan-made AI video tool. You upload a photo, and the service uses AI to remake one take of the Babydoll dance with the person or pet in your photo as the dancer. Babydoll Dance is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Jamie Miller, Antonio Cipriano, Republic Records, Xito Rico, TikTok or the creators of the clips shown on the site.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. Each person may have one account. You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it.

What You May Upload

You may only upload photos you have the right to use. Anyone shown in a photo must be 18 or older and must have agreed to be put in a video. You must not upload photos of minors, celebrities or public figures, or anything illegal, sexual, hateful or harassing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Babydoll Dance to:

• impersonate anyone, including the artist, or pass off a video as real footage of a person;
• create sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or otherwise harmful content;
• mislead people, commit fraud or spread disinformation;
• violate anyone's privacy or publicity rights;
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may refuse or remove content, block generations or suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI-Generated Videos

AI results vary, and two renders of the same photo can differ. We do not guarantee that a video will look a particular way. Videos made with Babydoll Dance are AI-generated content: label them as AI-generated when you post them, for example with TikTok's AI-generated label.

Your Videos

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload and give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. You may use the videos you generate for your personal posts, including on social platforms. The song and the choreography belong to their creators.

Credits, Payments and Refunds

• Videos use credits: 6 credits for 6 seconds, 13 credits for 10 seconds and 20 credits for 15 seconds.
• Credits are sold in one-time packs, not subscriptions. Prices are in USD and shown before you pay. Credits never expire.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• If a render fails, it is retried once for free; if it fails again, the credits are returned automatically. If a photo is refused by the AI's content check, the credits are returned.
• If you are not happy with a finished video, email [email protected] and we will refund the payment in money to the original payment method.

Termination

You may stop using Babydoll Dance at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use Babydoll Dance after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
