Information We Collect

1. Account information: the email address, name and profile picture of the Google account you sign in with.
2. Photos you upload: the photo you provide so we can make your video, including the person or pet shown in it.
3. Generated videos: the videos we make for you and related details such as length, status and creation time.
4. Payment status: the packs you bought, order and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
5. Usage data: analytics collected through Google Analytics and cookies, such as pages visited and the type of device and browser.
6. First-visit source: a cookie named "ft" that records where your first visit came from. It lasts 30 days.

How We Use Information

We use your information to make the videos you request, run your account, process payments and credits, prevent abuse, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. We use your uploaded photo only to make the video you asked for. We do not sell your personal data, photos or videos.

Service Providers

We rely on providers for hosting, file storage, AI video processing, payments (Stripe), sign-in (Google) and analytics (Google Analytics). They receive only the data they need to provide their service. To make your video, your photo is sent to the AI video provider; the provider does not keep your photos.

Storage and Deletion

Uploaded photos and generated videos are stored in our own storage so you can view and download your videos from your account history. You can ask us to delete your photos and videos, or your account data, at any time by emailing [email protected].

Your Rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as objecting to certain processing or asking for a copy of your data.

Minors

Photos of minors are not accepted. Anyone shown in an uploaded photo must be 18 or older and must have agreed to be in the video.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies to keep you signed in, Google Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used, and the "ft" first-visit cookie described above. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
